Program: Easy Readers' Advisory with Library Aware

Library Aware is an online tool for libraries to connect with readers and keep them engaged. It includes templates and tools to create newsletters, bookmarks, shelf-talkers, flyers, and more for promoting books and resources throughout the library and beyond. Included in the subscription:

• Nextreads Newsletters
• Readers' advisory templates
• Tool for libraries

Lindsay will introduce the basics of using Library Aware to access and share pre-made readers' advisory materials; creating your own book marks, shelf-talkers and other RA items, and creating basic event fliers; sharing your creations to Facebook.

If you would like to check out Library Aware in advance of the meeting, email Lindsay with the names and email addresses of staff who need accounts. Staff access is initiated by invitation. Here is a basic "Get started with Library Aware" document I send out with new invitations:
