  • Victor - 2 successful programs: Young Irish Dancers event, 50+ attendees; and Saturday Mar19, Local school held Art Display Reception at the library, door count was 576!

Program: Building a Social Media Community

Libraries can go beyond advertising events and start building an online community. At this month’s System Meeting Alicia Gunther, Communications Assistant from the Monroe County Library System

and Hope Decker will discuss a variety of helpful resources. We’ll explore a plethora of post topics, how to gracefully handle negative pr, and how to use analytic tools. Discover how to make the

most of your library’s social media to effectively be heard and build a community of library supporters.

Please have at least one person from each library bring a smart phone, tablet or laptop to this meeting.
