Program: Library Assessment Tools

Library assessment tools are key in assisting with data driven decisions for your library.

Whether your focus is strategic planning, adding/altering a technology line in the budget, funding initiatives, developing partnerships, implementing programs, or assessing
how your library is viewed by the community, these tools provide a plethora of usable data.

In this system meeting we will be talking about two of these tools; one that analyzes the library’s internal workings and the development of technology capacities, and
the other that lets your patrons tell you how they use your library and services. Both tools offer a unique view of the role technology plays in the continuous development of your library.

Presenters: Ron Kirsop and Lauren Moore
