Updated Computer Purchasing from Bob

Updated computer purchasing form with new pricing from Dell. The All-In-One computers no longer have an option for CD-ROM/DVD drives, so their price is slightly cheaper. The laptops we offered have increased in price by almost $200, so I chose a new model with slightly lower specs. The new price is $728.71.

The updated form can be found here: https://docs.owwl.org/Members/MediatedComputerPurchasing

Aside from money coming in later from the state, there may be other timing implications that come along with this delay, but we'll know more once we have the final budget amounts.
