Program- Getting Audit-Ready
Tom Lauffer of the firm Raymond F. Wager, CPA will provide you with some financial basics to help your library feel like it's audit-ready. He'll help determine which financial policies your Board should put in place ASAP, point out some areas in your financial processes that could use some risk mitigation, and address common findings in the audits of public libraries. After Mr. Lauffer's talk, Lauren will facilitate a discussion to help identify what PLS can do to help libraries feel confident about their risk management policies and procedures.Program Materials
