Patron messages
Patron penalties and messages include system generated blocks (maximum fines and maximum overdues), and staff generated notes, alerts, and blocks. This feature is not fully configured for OWWL libraries. To create an alert message for a patron account, use the Patron Edit form to add an alert. To create a note for a patron record, that is either staff-only visible, or also visible to the patron, use the Patron Note feature.
