Libraries have the option to make telephone calls for overdue video notification. Those libraries that have opted to use this method will receive the Overdue Video Phone List Report.

An email message will be sent to the libcirc and libdirector email addresses when the report is complete. See ReportsAccessFinishedReportsFromEmailNotification for more information about Report Finished emails and retrieving the report output.
