Concepts

Libraries have the option to make telephone calls for the two-week overdue notification. Those libraries that have opted to use this method will receive the Overdue Phone List Report.

An email message will be sent to the libcirc and libdirector email addresses when the report is complete. See Reports Access Finished Reports From Email Notification for more information about Report Finished emails and retrieving the report output.

Columns

The columns in this report are:

• Call - If the patron has an email address on file, they were sent a pre-due notification or overdue emails, so this column will say 'Emailed'. Some libraries choose not to call these patrons.
