Focus Group for PLS Plan of Service
Focus Group scheduled in place of System Meeting Page authors: Main.jhayes Main.cguthrieA focus group for member library directors, PLS system trustees, PLS system staff, and front-line library staff to begin to frame the future of the Pioneer Library System following a 22% cut in state funding to library systems over the past few years. Information gathered will form the basis for the System's 2013-2016 Plan of Service as required by New York State. Our facilitator will be Dr. Jo Yudess from the International Center for Studies in Creativity at Buffalo State, who will be pushing us to brainstorm and work together to formulate a plan going forward. Lunch will be provided.
