Program: Mystery Shopper Report

Nearly half of Pioneer's member libraries participated in a secret Mystery Shopper program to evaluate the customer service experiences of their patrons…. and the results are in!

Katelin Pellet and Mary Hadley of Causewave Community Partners will explain the Mystery Shopper process, present the data, and answer your questions.

The report is fascinating and will give all of us the opportunity to think about how we can deliver the best user experience in our libraries.
