Replacing Items

Items sometimes need to be replaced due to wear or loss. You should not use the same barcode for these replacement materials.

It is especially important to avoid using the same barcode for items that have been marked Lost and Paid to avoid future confusion of the item's transaction history.

Follow the same procedure for Adding New Items when replacing an item in your collection:
