Patrons known to have left the PLS Service Area

Periodically, patrons will inform the library that they are moving out of the region or state, and even turn in their library card. In these cases, the patron is "known to have left the PLS Service Area" i.e., is no longer supporting the library with tax monies, etc. To prevent use of the account, mark the account inactive.

If mail has been returned as undeliverable, edit the patron's account to mark the address invalid.
