Standard Patron Contact List

About

This report provides a list of patrons and includes full contact info (phone numbers, email, mailing address), account created date and expire date, last check out date, residency, and school code for active patrons over age 18, selected by home library. It is intended to be used for promotional or information mailings to your patrons.

Libraries can use the list a data source for mail merges and creating mailing labels.

Because this report contains substantial amounts of patron identifying information, please be very careful about who has access to the report and how it is handled. Shred the pages once the mailing project is complete.

Request a report

Use the Reports Request New Report form. In the short description field specify Patron Contact List and in the detailed description field state your library.
