About OWWLUG

OWWLUG - OWWL User's Group - is open to all library staff, and is a forum to discuss day-to-day front line circulation issues, learn about the Evergreen automation system, share information with and get help from peers, and keep up to date with information from the PLS System Office.

OWWLUG also works with the OWWL Advisory Committee (OWWLAC) regarding the practical implications of OWWL policy decisions.

The agenda of each meeting is driven by member-submitted topics, topics added by the facilitator based on common questions and support tickets, and discussions and questions brought up in the course of the meeting. The agenda may also include a mini-training session on a topic relating to the automation system, and other technologies and services provided by PLS. Submit agenda suggestions in advance to the current OWWLUG Facilitators, Kathryn Riedener and Dan Guarracino.

Meeting agendas and notes are added to this index.
