Propose replacing the multiple forms in PLUM (PLS member libraries' use) and ILL email account (non-PLS organizations' use) with single form on PLS website.

Policy regarding requests for DVDs

Propose creating a formal, system-wide policy to not lend DVDs to non-PLS institutions. This would align with other libraries' / library systems' policies.

Clarification re: fine payment issues

• Forgiving fines
• When a library is fine free/running an amnesty program/etc.

3-part mailers

PLS is evaluating 2-part mailers for overdue notices and bills - what is the use of/value in this service for libraries?

• Clarify use of "Passthru" payment type for lost materials payments accepted for materials owned by other libraries, clarify that any library may keep any fine money paid at that library, except for lost materials payments. - ALL

• Get links for updated OWWL and PLS logos, link to "Libraries are education" logos - LS
