• 163 attendees (173 had registered); 70 trustees attended and 31 member libraries were represented.

Election of PLS Trustees

• Kathleen Hartness nominated by the Livingston County Public Library Advisory Council for a five-year term, January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020
• Merton Bartels nominated by the Wayne County Public Library Advisory Council to fill the unexpired term of David Jankowski, beginning October 15, 2015 to December 31, 2019
  [David later had to decline the nomination after the 2014 Annual Meeting. Merton Bartels was appointed Feb 2015 until the 2015 Annual Dinner.]
